Art of Living Part II Course
The Part II course is a logical step to the next level. It is for people who have experienced a positive change in their lives, after completing Part I course and wish to further enhance the quality of their lives. This 4-5 day residential course is a vacation for the body, mind and spirit. The course is the ideal way of taking time off from one’s hectic life and diving deep into oneself to emerge refreshed, recharged and renewed.
Sahaj Samadhi Meditation Course
Sahaj means natural or effortless, Samadhi is a profoundly deep meditative state responsible for inducing a joyous state of mind experienced by enlightened sages of ancient India. Learning Sahaj Samadhi offers the ability to recreate this state in ordinary life.
In this One-on-One instruction course of six hours spread over three days , you will be initiated into a natural and graceful system of meditation that enables an effortless transcendence in to the deeper levels of the self. It fosters spiritual growth from within while nourishing mental emotional and physical development.
Guru Puja Course
Guru Puja is a thanksgiving ceremony remembering all the ancient Spiritual Masters who have brought this knowledge of self. In the presence of a Master, fullness dawns, and Gurupuja is one of the highest expressions of devotion and gratitude to the Master. Under the loving guidance of Bhanu DIDI, one experiences divinity through learning chanting and then performing the Guru Puja. The course days are filled with guru stories and ancient knowledge and an overwhelming presence of the Master.
The Guru Puja Course is of two part:
Phase One: Chanting the Guru Puja unites our minds with the tradition of Spiritual Masters. This course teaches Puja Chants and explores the mysteries of Vedic Knowledge and traditions.
Phase Two: This course brings the qualification necessary to invoke the lineage of Spiritual Masters through Puja chants taught in GuruPuja Phase-I course.

Divya Samaj Nirman – DSN
Divya Samaj Nirman literally translated means creating a divine society. This course provides an opportunity for the individual to take more social responsibility and experience the power of one’s inner strength.
We all have personal barriers, old habits, or inhibitions that hold us back and keep us from fully participating in life. Yet we all have a deep desire to be the best we can be - for ourselves, our families, our communities and even the world around us.
When you are ready for true freedom and personal empowerment, then you are ready for DSN! This course is open to all those who have completed the Art of Living Part I Course.
Blessing Course
The blessing course is a wonderful course with the most amazing processes and meditations. It takes you into a different level of meditation. Each meditation is unique and makes you dive into infinity.
The kindness and compassion of our Master is beyond words. Come do it and you'll experience the best gift you have ever received. You become a perfect instrument for the Master's Grace to flow through.
The Blessing Course is offered as a three day residential course in the Ashram, and is open for all that have completed a minimum of two Art of Living Part II courses.
Teacher Training Course – TTC
The Teacher Training Course (TTC) is a three week training program that will give you practical skills and hands on experience as you learn by practically doing things. It is an intense training for all those that want to become better volunteers, as well as for those that aspire to become Art of Living teachers.
The knowledge given in the course is deeply transformative, strengthening your very core. The whole TTC experience is a revival in energy, enthusiasm, devotion and commitment. The TTC happens in the Ashram every few months. For the requirements to join this beautiful course, you can contact your Art of Living teacher.
