At VVM, a plethora of services are offered for the benefit of society as a whole. The Art of Living Series of workshops are offered as a residential package. In addition ayurvedic treatments including panchakarma therapy are available on campus. Regular poojas and homas are perfomed. The contemplative environment of the Ashram doesn’t exclude material comforts. Being an international centre, the Ashram has all the facilities that a visitor to the ashram would require during his or her stay here. Though located quite close to Bangalore city, one needn’t go out of the ashram as all the facilities are available in the Ashram. Some of the important facilities available in the Ashram are:

ATM Facilities

Ashram hosts an ATM Cell by State Bank Of Mysore, where you can use your ATM, credit and debit cards for the money transaction.

Locker Facilities

During your stay in the ashram, you can deposit your valuables with the ashram authorities for safekeeping. The facility is currently available in the Housing Department, located in the main admin block.

Travel Bureau

The Ashram has a full-fledged travel desk, which undertakes all the travel needs of visitor to the Ashram. The desk handles domestic and international airline bookings, train and bus bookings. It also arranges taxi and other transport services on request. In addition, hotel bookings can also be made here.

Cyber Café and Telephone Booth

The Ashram campus has a cyber café with multiple terminals for you to access the Internet. Charged by the minute, this facility is available from 9:00am to 10:00pm. The Ashram also has a public telephone booth from where you can make local, domestic and international telephone calls.

Post Office

The ashram also has a mail collection service. This service caters to all your postal needs.

Divine Services

This is a one-stop shop for all your needs. The shop sells compilation of Gurudev’s teachings in the forms of books, audio and video cassettes and CDs. Generally open from 9:30 am to 7:30 pm everyday, the shop also provides all the items that you might want during your stay at the ashram be it toiletries like soap and toothbrush, batteries for your torch, sarees, dhotis, angavastra or even footwear and bags. It also stocks several herbal cosmetic products of Sri Sri Ayurveda.

Vishala - the refreshment centre

Apart from the Ashram kitchen, which serves Prasadam three times a day, if you need to grab a snack or an ice cream you can visit Vishala. Located near Vishalakshi Mantap, this centre sells Satvic food. It also serves tea, fresh fruit juices, and non-carbonated bottled drinks. It also stocks seasonal fruits and many Indian delicacies.

Laundry

The laundry service in the Ashram campus operates between 9.00 am to 10.00am and 6:00pm to 7:00pm on week days. On sundays the timings are 9:00am to 10:00 am. The laundry offers service for washing and ironing clothes.

Library

The Ashram library has an impressive collection of modern as well as ancient books. In addition, newspapers, magazines and Art of Living books and publications, are available here.
